Welcome to 2GenofBS!
We're glad you're here! My dad (seen in the middle) and I (seen on the left) have learned a lot from each other over the years thanks to the trials and tribulations of life. Fortunate or not, my father and I are extremely close. So this blog dictates the lessons we’ve shared, hoping that some of the bullsh*t we’ve gone through can spare you a lesson or two. (Granted, I always had to learn lessons myself so shrug)
On TwosDay (2/22/2022) my dad took me to dinner after I suffered what felt like the biggest heartbreak of my life. During this dinner, we met a lovely young lady, about to graduate from high school, who said we had the best one-liners! I’ve always thought my dad was a walking encyclopedia of (perhaps useless) knowledge. Still, something about heartbreak and someone else acknowledging it prompted me to finally put pen to paper (or at least fingertips to keyboard) on the idea I had been thinking of for a while. To the hostess, thank you. To you, dear reader, thank you for coming on this journey with me. I hope something resonates with you - I hope you enjoy it - and mostly, I hope you enjoy the ride.
